Robert Manuele began his career in accounting in 1987, with the aim to help people and businesses succeed.

After gaining experience across small and mid-tier firms, he established his own practice in the mid 90s and grew it into a successful business before selling in 2002 due to ill health reasons & no longer being able to maintain the fast-growing practice he had built. Robert continued working on a smaller scale through Business Solutions International (BSI), which he led for many years before merging with Vantage TBS in September 2025. Over his career, Robert has developed broad experience across a wide range of industries and holds qualifications as a Registered Tax Agent and Fellow of both CPA Australia and the National Tax and Accountants Association.

Robert is known for building strong, lasting relationships with clients and delivering personalised, practical solutions tailored to their needs. With nearly four decades in the profession, he brings a deep understanding of business and tax matters along with a strong network that enables him to connect clients with the right opportunities and expertise. His focus has always been on identifying ways to add real value and support sustainable business growth.

Outside of work, spending time with family and friends is of the utmost importance to Robert, being a proud father of two accomplished daughters. As an avid North Melbourne supporter, it has been a tough few years but he persists nonetheless. Robert has a true love for music having spent earlier years playing saxophone in bands covering songs from the 50s and 60s.

While he has scaled back his working week, he remains passionate about his work and driven by a simple philosophy; if he can make a positive difference in someone’s business or life by any means, then he has done his job well
